[v1] TI-API: Error When Calling Remittance API

Part Number: TI-API

I am trying to use the Remittance API for the first time in production.

This is for Sonic Manufacturing

Using this URL:

Here is the response:

Please help me understand what this error means so we can correct the issue.

    We've just added the Remittance API to your app. Your apps did not have this associated initially. 

    Please try to do your API calls again and let us know if you still encounter any issues. Thank you!

  • Unfortunately, we tried to make the call and it is still not working.

    I am getting the same error.  Do you set up access by the user or by the company?

    Since the discussion of this topic has moved to another discussion platform and other aspect of your account/issue were address through there , I will be closing this thread.

    As for the original issue in this post “errorcode”: “keymanagement.service.InvalidAPICallAsNoApiProductMatchFound” as suggested :

    For V1 access which includes RemittanceAdvice API. Please make sure to use the Production ClientID and the transct.ti.com for production calls , and Test ClientID with the transact-pre url for Test calls.
