TI-API: Migration from V1 to V2 - Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found

Part Number: TI-API

Dear Support,

We are currently using API 1.0 without issues, I would like to implement the API V2.0 but I get some errors:
If I go to :

After authorization I run the API

I get the error "Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found"

I have the same issue also with the Order API (TEST/PROD).
Can you tell me how to some the issue.
  • Hi Mauro,

Make sure that you are sending your new v2 API key and secret to authenticate for these v2 API calls. I do not seen any records of requests using your v2 credentials reaching our API.

You can find your v2 credentials on the myTI dashboard (https://www.ti.com/myti) for your company account under Account settings / API keys and access.

    Best regards,
    Paul

  • Hi,
Where I can see if the API is V1 or V2
The API have been approved in October 2022.
Remember I am using the API V1 in production system and I cannot change the settings.
I need to TEST the API V2 before removing any settings of API V1.
    What I have to do?
    Thanks
    Mauro
  • Hi Mauro,

Only v2 store API credentials are available in the myTI dashboard you captured above, so those are the proper credentials to use when testing the v2 APIs. The v1 store API credentials are only available from the API portal.

Both sets of credentials will continue to work for you for the respective API versions. We are encouraging customers to plan on using the v2 store APIs exclusively by June 2023.

So, you can test the v2 store APIs from the API portal using the Try it out feature you captured in your original post without affecting your v1 API settings.

    I hope that helps clarify.

    Best regards,
    Paul
