Hi Team,
Backlog API customer SFO is getting the following error when trying to make a quote API call in the pre environment:

I verified myself that they are using the correct test key and secret by running a quote API call in test using their key and secret. So this doesn't seem to be a key/secret issue. They are correct.
What could be other reasons for this type of error other than the validity of the key and secret?

This customer is not approved for Quote in the test environment. Please submit the request to have the API added. Thanks!

thank you. Do you mean request via the Confluence form? Will this not be closed as a duplicate automatically? Or should I modify the existing ticket? I just tried that and reopened the ticket. But it was closed again automatically after 5 minutes.

Please add a comment to the existing form. A developer on the team will get the response and will manually add the API. We need this for auditing purposes.
