Hello TI technical Support Team,
We recently made a purchase through the order API, but I noticed that the order was marked as "canceled" on TI store platform.
When some of us reached out to the customer support, he was informed that the order was "canceled due to suspicious activity from your company domain on our website."
Could you please provide more details on what specifically triggered this suspicion? I'd like to understand the exact cause to prevent any future inconveniences.

There was an issue in how suspicious transactions were being identified for production orders, and that issue has been corrected. Can you retry the order?
