TI-API: Backlog Quote API Error

Yesterday I was creating quotes and now today I am getting the following error even when using the online swagger try it out feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    HI Jacob, sorry for the inconsistency-inconvenience - we are in the middle of gearing up for a big release and UAT testing in our environment. --today 10/25 currently our test environment is under maintenance from 9-1pm today.

    I presume you were able to create test quotes eventually on 10/26 - please open a new ticket if you have further issues - as this has been 9 days I would believe you are testing successfully.,
