TI-API: Can't create Apps in the portal nor obtain API Credentials

I can't see New App button in api-portal.ti.com/.../apps

I want to get credentials to use in my application

    Hi Juan,

    With the introduction of the v2 store APIs in August 2022, the ability to request new v1 store apps from the API portal was removed in favor of requesting v2 apps from the myTI dashboard.

    We're discussing internally how to proceed with your request, and will get back to you by tomorrow.

    Can you describe how you use the different apps that are all setup to query the same inventory API?

    Production and developer apps have been added for both sites. Can you check by logging into the API portal?
