TI-API: API QUOTE IN TEST

On test request : transact.ti.com/.../test

I managed to display the response of the quote request but now, without having modified the code, I have the message "Timeout period has expired" from your server.

If i emtered a PN do'nt existe same TI-API, i receive the following message :

How can i make it work for an existing part number ?

Hi,

We have checked your account and your request transactions but found no timeout issue log. The time out issue might be not from TI side.

Could you please try with some other application? Thank you!

Sorry but we don't have any other applications.
When I use this URL:"">transact.ti.com/.../test" have a time out

but when i use this URL : "">transact.ti.com/.../quotes", its working well !

URL test is it good please ?

Hi, yes, it's working fine. We checked your account and setups, it looks good. And we tried quote test with it, it worked well as well.

I increased the time periode 20 second to 1mn to test and it works.
