TI-API: Order got error code TI-TXT-098

Hi there,

Recently the buyer placed a backlog order to TI, but got error feedback to line 20 said:

But we found the actual error is caused due to Part number DRV8806PWP is wrong in the order, the correct part number is DRV8806PWPR in the quote number 26795434. Then we fixed the part number in the order and send change to TI, But we got the error code TI-TXT-098 like below shows. And the order number changed for line 20, the order status is 'COMPLETED'.

Please help tell what should we do next for this line 20. Currently the part number and the EC name are same in both order and quote number. Should we cancel this line and create a new order send to TI?

Hi Becky,

Thanks for the reply, since the user was urge to place the order, we recommend the user to cancel the order line with error message and re-place it in a new order. You can close this topic now.
