I get an error when placing an order and cannot place the order. Please let me know how to solve this problem.
I wanted to purchase TCAN1044ADDFRQ1 from Ti.Com (using API) in fractional quantities, 300pcs 50pcs, each for a different purpose, so I tried to make arrangements in two separate orders.
I was able to order the first 300pcs without any problem.
The second time, when I tried to order the same part number in 50 pieces, the following error message appeared and the order could not be accepted.
I got the error code ERR-TICOM-ORDER-API-KNV-0503.
I am a little concerned because I wanted to reel it in, so I selected custom reel for the package, but the reel cost doesn't seem to be calculated into the price.
(I don't know if this is the cause of the problem or not)
