TI-API: Shipment Marked as Fully Delivered but Not Received

On our dashboard, the POs RFP/TI/25-62 and RFP/TI/25-55 are marked as "fully delivered." However, we have not received any items on our end. Additionally, I noticed that a waybill has been generated, but there is no FedEx tracking number available. Could you please help clarify this?

    I can see the shipments have been started. You can use the waybill# to call the advanced-shipment-notices API to get more details like the tracking number.

    We have tried to use waybill# to call the advanced-shipment-notices API to get more details of the tracking number. And this is the return : 

    "carrierShipmentMasterTrackingNumber":"590055231354",
    "carrierShipmentBoxTrackingNumber":"590055231354",

    These numbers are not Fedex tracking number, it is just the BOL/AWB number which can be found on the commercial invoice. I need to know what is the Fedex tracking number so we know the wherabout of the stock. It is weird that the status showed "Fully Delivered" but I was not able to find the fedex tracking number.
