TI-API: Shipment Marked as Fully Delivered but Not Received

Tool/software:

On our dashboard, the POs RFP/TI/25-62 and RFP/TI/25-55 are marked as "fully delivered." However, we have not received any items on our end. Additionally, I noticed that a waybill has been generated, but there is no FedEx tracking number available. Could you please help clarify this?
