On a new design, we must force an ethernet PHY to Gigabit mode and disable auto-negotiation. Complicating matters is that we don't have an on-board processor to reconfigure the device after power up.
Specifically we need the PHY to support 1000Base-KX BP Ethernet without Clause 73 Auto-Negotiation.
I think this might be possible with the DP83869HM device. If this is possible, would you please confirm the strap settings below:
If not, are there any other PHY's in TI's portfolio that would support a configuration like this?
