Hi,
Are A and B dies and processes the same?
If they are the same, is the difference in specifications(Icc ,Ron, etc. ) due to the AEC-Q100?
Best Regards,
Nishie

Hi Eric Hackett,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry.
In the first sentence, A = Q1 product and B = Non Q1 product are shown.
If it is due to the difference in temperature range, is it okay to recognize that the die and the process are different?
Best Regards,
Nishie
Yuta,
The testing of these devices is different, so that the non-Q1 version has been subjected to higher temperatures in its testing. The die is the same, they are just tested and qualified differently. Does this make sense?
Regards,
Eric Hackett
