TMDS181: VDD stable before VCC (td1) parameter

In the TMDS181, there have a parameter for the VDD stable before VCC , called td1, it is 0 - 200us. my customer have confuse about why have this constraint?

it is like the VDD can be powered up same time with VCC, or only 200us ahead before VCC stable?

because one supply is 1.8V, and another supply is 3.3V, to meet (td1) timing, customer need a dedicate supply for this two rail.

In datasheet states: If OE is held low until VDD and VCC become stable, there is no rail sequence requirement.

So, If OE is low, Td1 doesn't matter, you just have to meet Td2. OE leave low level 100us after Vcc and Vdd are stable.
