Hi team,

My customer is evaluating TCA9517, he wants to know the recommended junction temp range of this device.

We can only find operating free-air temp range from datasheet. Could you please provide the data?

Zeming,

The recommended operating maximum junction temperature is 90C. The absolute maximum junction temperature is 125C. If you operate this device within the absolute maximum conditions there shouldn't be an issue of exceeding the maximum junction temperature.
