The above document is for EVM. Thea board I am working on is a custom board (TPS25750+bq25792) with design same as that of EVM. S using an external TM4C123GXL launchpad, how do you flash the GUI settings to the EEPROM??

Hi,

You can use the same GUI to flash if you have the same connections as the EVM or you can use other EEPROM tool like total phase EEPROM programming to flash from the binary file.
