SN65DSI84: Display black image sometimes

hi my customer use SN65DSI84.

but sometimes (failure rate: 1/5122) it show black image.

They set 0x0d to 0xf9 and monitor it.

They can see the IRQ but it's black content.

Can I know if they can use or monitor which register or IRQ to check this issue?

due to their issue is very hard to reproduce (1/5122), customer wants to know if there is a way to check if something wrong happens on DSI84.

Do you have detail explanation for register 0xF9?

DSI84 provides DSI status register at 0xE1 and 0xE5. If they enable IRQ for these two status registers, are they seeing any interrupt being set when there is an issue?

You mean DSI84 cannot use 0xF9?

I will inform the customer to check IRQ and see 0xE1 and 0xE5.

0xF9 is not part of the DSI84 register map, so I am not sure where 0xF9 comes from. The two status registers for DSI84 is 0xE1 and 0xE5.
