Hi Sir,

 My customer test THVD1429 in differential output condition as fig. 12 setting. Please check the pic below. During Rising delay on blue line, THVD1429 can't meet datasheet's tr/tf spec. Would you please helping to check what's wrong in our measurement... Thanks for your kindly help.

    Gary,

    What you showed is the propagation delay, which seems within the spec. Can you move the cursor to capture the rise/fall time? I noticed the B rise edge rolls out. Is there other load on bus? Do you think it might be related to the board layout? In general this measurement should be done close to the IC pins.

    Hi Sir,

     Please check another test pic from customer. The fr value is around 40ns and you can see there's deformed on rising waveform (please check below pic and customer think that's the reason why differential signal is out of spec. Do you have comment about that?

    Thanks for the updated information. For further investigation, can you share the board layout with measurement location? Also the information about the ground loop of the probe would be helpful too.
