• Decoupling caps: ok
• Clock: ok
• RBIAS: ok
• INT/PWDN: ok
• RESET: ok
• MDC: ok
• MDIO: 2.2k pull-up recommended
• JTAG: ok
• Straps: ok
• MDI: ok, I assume AC coupling caps on the SIP/SIN lines are on a different page of the schematic, correct?
• LEDs: ok
• MAC interface: ok

As you say, SIP/SIN are connected to AC coupling on a different page.
