The interface is up on the board with "eth0" name through ifconfig command as shown below

Let me review the schematics.

In the meantime, can you help me understand if you have functionally tested the EPHY section.

What is the power supply, value, what is the supply ramp time, state of the reset during power up , is a reset being performed after power, oscillator working ok and clk out coming.

Hello Balaji, 

Please check the RGMII configuration on the MAC and configure the PHY straps accordingly.

Please check the power supply 1.8V and 3.3V.

Please check for clkout on pin 16.

Use PHYID as 0000 ( assuming there is only one device on the board) or change using RX_ER and RX_CTRL
