I have a question about TFP401.
The customer's usage condition is -15 to 75℃.
However, the operating temperature of TFP401 is Ta = 0 to 70℃.
TFP401A cannot be used because it does not fit the customer's system.
I can only use TFP401, and I definitely want to use it at Ta = -15 to 75℃.
Is it possible to use TFP401 at Ta = -15 to 75℃?
Also, what is the junction temperature (Tj) range of TFP401?
