SN65C1167E: Notch in receiver output

Part Number: SN65C1167E

We are using  SN65C1167E, given input on pin no.1 and pin 2. 

Pin1: 100kHZ pulses (0V,5V)

pin2: ground

we see a undesired notch which is not in input(pin3)
