we use the DP83826E(new version) with a EtherCAT bus coupler (so no register reading/writing possible).
There is a document (below) explaining how to configure for it for EtherCAT.
But it only explains how to use DP83826E in Basic Mode. We thought for EtherCAT ET1100 we need the Enhanced Mode?
Could you please advise?

it is still not clear how to configure the DP83826 with ET1100 to use as EtherCAT bus coupler (Ethernet to EBUS).
In this use case there is no register writing possible and configuration can only be done via Strap Pins.
The new DP83826 release has in addition the Strap1 (EtherCAT) which is not explained in the data sheet yet.
Do the other Strap Pins have a different function when Strap 1 is set? The datasheet would be very helpful.
Is the revised datasheet available or could you at least share a draft?
