when I run ALP, below dialog comes out. Could you please explain why and how to address it?

Hello Elec,

If ALP crashes during operation, sometimes it can leave a process still running which prevents it from starting again. If this happens go to task manager and manually end a process called "MainGUI.exe"

I also have another problem. the USB driver is not installed properly. Where can I download one?

Hi Casey,

There is no device in the software. The hardware in connected and the power is all good. There was a wrong device shown and I deleted it. The USB2ANY/Aardvark setup button doesn't work. Nothing happens when clicking. The device profiles button works but I don't know the use.
