TPS65988: How to clear Dead Battery Flag(4CC command DBfg) by using Load App Config of GPIO event and App Configuration Resister.

Could you tell me How to clear Dead Battery Flag(4CC command DBfg) by using Load App Config of GPIO event and App Configuration Resister ?

I tried to set Load App Config of GPIO event and App Configuration Resister by Firmware tool.

Is my setting OK?

I read datasheets of slvaf46 and slvubh2b but I cannot understand CMD1/2/3 and Task or Not Task.

Could you explain me about CMD and task ?

Question(1) What is the difference between CMD1, CMD2 or CMD3 ?

Question(2) What is the difference between Task and not Task ?

Hi Yasuhide,

Sorry for the delay.

(1) -> CMD3 is not allocated and reserved by TI. You can use CMD1 & CMD2;

CMD1 (0x08) corresponds to 4CC command, while CMD2 (0x09) corresponds to 4CC command input data.

For your use, cause you want to use DBfg, this 4CC command is no input data needed, thus you only need to use CMD1.

(2) -> Task is for task, such as DBfg, no task is for command data; some 4CC commands need input data, thus for these data, "no task" is needed.
