My requirement is to connect the RJ45 interface of a PC to a network switch with a redriver unit between them. I tried using DS100BR210 but realised that it works only with 10G-KR. Is there any similar IC available which works for Base-T? I would like something which works for 100 Base-T (MLT-3 encoding) as well as 1000 Base-T (PAM-5) since I'll be using both.
TI has a wide portfolio of BASE-T PHY chips. I'd suggest to review these options and see which one best fits your application. See link below.

Thanks Rodrigo. So you mean to say that I will have to convert from RJ-45 to MII and then back from MII to RJ-45 to create a repeater.
