Hi,

We are using TUSB2036VFRG4 please find the schematic attached.

We are facing issue in detection of downstream ports.

We are using 2 ports on our board.

1. In our schematic we have not connected pin (1) with DP0/PUR (27)

2. PWRON1-3 all the pins are always in HIGH state.

Can you please review the schematic and share us the feedback ASAP.

Hello,

The upstream port is not connected correctly. There should be a 1.5K pullup on DP to DP0PUR, not pullup on DM. There should also be series resistors and caps, but I would expect the upstream link to be functional with just the pullup corrections.
