TMUXHS4212: can the channels withstand -1V for 1us？

Hi team,

I saw it is -0.5V in the absolute maximum ratings. My customer needs to apply -1V with 1us or several 100ns in the cables which also appears on TMUXHS4212 channels. The -1V cann't be clamped by diode as it is needed to test the device under test. Can TMUXHS4212 withstand this -1V?
