Hello,
I need a Letter of Volatility for DPS-DONGLE-EVM. I can provide a questionnaire template if a letter is not already available.
Thank you,
Natalie

Please note MSP430 is part of the MSP microcontroller group not interface group.
I checked MSP430 E2E and there is the same question on this site. Please follow up with this link if there is further question.

template_letter_of_volatility.docxA Letter of Volatility defines the memory as volatile or non-volatile, and defines the sanitization process for each type of memory contained on the device.
The data sheet does not provide the sanitization procedure for wiping the memory. I need to know how to sanitize the device.
Hi Natalie,
As noted earlier, please follow up on this question with earlier link that i sent. This site is mainly for high speed signal conditioning and not for micro-controller such as MSP430.

As I noted earlier, the link and data sheet does not resolve my concern. I need the sanitization procedure for all of the memory (including volatile, non-volatile, and media storage) on DPS-DONGLE-EVM.
To clear volatile memory, remove power.
To trigger a mass erase of the flash memory, enter BSL mode (press the switch S1 while plugging it in), then use the MSP430 BSL Scripter software and try to write with a wrong (random) password. (This removes the EVM firmware and makes the device unusable; it might be easier to physically destroy it.)
