What would happen if ENABLE and LCKREFN come up simultaneously with VCC/VDDA?

In my application I can't guarantee that ENABLE and LCKREFN are high before VCC/VDDA is applied and hoped that the internal 10kOhm pull-up resistors would be sufficient for a proper POR.

Hi,

I believe this will be fine. The device might stay in the POR cycle for a bit longer than what is shown in the timing diagram, but I don't expect this to cause any functional issues.
