There is one issue was reported by my customer with loss tolerance.
As you can see, there are two attached files , one is the primary inspection report from my side, another one is the part of the DP83869 schematic.
would you kindly help to review this case and give some comments? tks for your time.

add one more detail regarding during the test of the RXDV signal and find that there is a drop of about 30ns.

We need to narrow down the issue to understand if it a cable problem or a problem with the PHY.
Could you please perform a loopback test through MAC side, and then loopback test through cable side? We will be able to then determine where the packet loss occurs .
