SN65LVDS31: Maximum Junction Temperature and Thermal Resistance Values

SN65LVDS31 has R_thetaJC(top) and R_thetaJA the in section 7.4 Thermal Information of the datasheet. The Tj limits can be estimated from the Ta limits. See how to do this in the app not linked below.

1. With regards to maximum junction temperature: 

Understand that for the SN65 prefix, the recommended operating ambient temperature is 85degC (Table 7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions). Is it right to say then that its maximum junction temperature can be calculated from Equation 2 as discussed in the link you've shared: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953c/spra953c.pdf 




If this understanding is correct, how else can the junction temperature be obtained if the value for 'R_thetaJA Effective' cannot be obtained? 



2. With regards to R_thetaJC(top) and R_theta_JA thermal resistance values: 

I can't seem to find the values of R_thetaJC(top) and R_theta_JA for the 'PW' package from the datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn65lvds31.pdf?ts=1648625893497&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FSN65LVDS31%253FkeyMatch%253DSN65LVDS31D%2526tisearch%253Dsearch-everything%2526usecase%253DOPN). 

Am I referring to the correct datasheet? If so, could you point out the values for me?
