DS90UB940-Q1:normal

Part Number: DS90UB940-Q1

hi Logan

If the DS90UB940-Q1chip is used normally, do I need to initialize its registers? If so, which registers need to be initialized

regards

  • Hi Jie,

This is highly dependent on application/use-case, but at a high level these 94x DES devices need very little register configuration for operation.

Do you have a specific feature/function your curious about implementing?

    Regards,

    Logan

  • We would like to directly set the normal working mode of 941 and 940. We do not need to implement specific functions for the time being. Could you please tell me which registers need to be set?

  • Hi Jie,

If all mode straps are correct for your desired CSI configuration then no registers need set.

Some general registers that you can use for reference to verify settings and configure are the following. Information on these are in the datasheet.

    • 0x6A
    • 0x6B (IFMT/OFMT)
    • CSIIA_{0x6C}_0x2E[7:6] CSI_VC_ID

    Regards,

    Logan
