Phy Link not up and Tx Clock is having only 100mV swing in MII mode

Since the thread is locked I am unable to reply to that.

Actually I tried reading the registers. But the read register values are going to a metastable state. Image attached.

Hi Shafna,

What is the value of pull up resistor on your MDIO pin? I cannot found them on the schematic you provided.
Is there any sharing bus on MDIO pin?

Hi Hillman,

The pull up resistor which I used is 1.5 k ohm. Also tried with 2.4k ohm.

There is no sharing bus on mdio pin.

Are you able to Isolate MDIO and MDC in your schematics and get a launch pad for further debug? We have the USB and MDIO user guide to tell you the instruction on how to connect them. Here is the link for the user guide:
