SN65DSI86: Material Difference Between MicroStar BGA and nfBGA

Hi Team,

Our customer was recently using SN65DSI86ZQER (MicroStar BGA) and now intends to know its difference with SN65DSI86ZXHR (nfBGA)

We've seen the E2E posts below outlining the differences between the MicroStar BGA Junior and nfBGA package but does not provide any information on the difference between their materials. Can you help us confirm if there are there any material difference between these packages?
