Can you help to check if TCA9546 can use different PU power for each SD/SC0, SD/SC1, SD/SC2, SD/SC3?

Ex: I need P3V3 for Vcc, P3V3 for SDA/SCL, 1.8V for SD/SC0,1 ; 3.3v for ch2 and ch3.

Yes; all five I²C bus segments can have different voltage.

The only restriction is the V_CC must not be too high; just use the lowest voltage (1.8 V).

If Vcc is 1.8V, 1.8V for SD/SC0,1 ; 3.3v for ch2 and ch3.

Which power rail should I used for ADDR,Reset and SDA/SCL?

The SDA/SCL pins are overvoltage tolerant. For Ax/RESET, use V_CC.
