What is the maximum junction temperature for this device?

Unfortunately I don't have any quality data related to the max junction temperature. I think we could estimate a max junction temperature using the Junction-to-case thermal resistance, max power consumption, and max case temperature.
125C + (2.96C/W * 0.550W) = 126.6C.
I'd assume there's probably a bit of a buffer on the max junction temperature from this value.

In practice, the Tc and PD limitations prevent you from reaching that value.
