Hello Ying,

In order to use 5 V SPI, you should attach a pull-up resistor to pin 9 (PIN/nCS) to 5 V. Please see section "PIN/nCS (Pin Watchdog Select/SPI Chip Select)" for information on this.

Otherwise, I do not see any issues with your schematic.

If I use MCU internal pull up(10k) instead of external pull up will be OK?
