DS90UB935-Q1: 935+960 check video data

Part Number: DS90UB935-Q1

Hi Expert,

Our customer is using 935+960. They want to know, if we have reg that can indicates whether there is video or not. The purpose is to check if sensor is working well. More generally, how can we distinguish whether there is video data is transmitting while lock is good? Thanks.

BR,

Elec Cheng

  • Hi Elec,

You can refer to the pass status of the 960 from the CSI_STS register (0x35).  The TX_PORT_PASS bit specifically (0x35[0]) indicates valid CSI-2 data is available on at least one or all ports. You can use the CSI_CTL2 register (0x34[3]) to configure if the pass reading is for a particular port or all ports.

    Regards,
