Also is there such component (with the same drive strength) and offers data isolation?

All LVDS drivers must be able to generate a voltage drop of at least 250 mV over the 100 Ω termination resistor. This is specified as V_OD.

There are LVDS isolators like the ISO7820LL. If you need more than 100 Mbps, combine LVDS receivers/transmitters with plain digital isolators, but those do not go above 150 Mbps.
