If I2C tVD_DAT is not followed, what happens?

I think tSU_DAT and tHD_DAT is followed, there is no problem of data error.

Or could there be any problems?

Incidentally, I know any other parts that don't have Specification of tVD_DAT.

This spec comes from the I2C standard. For our I2C devices, we clock in the data a little after the rising edge on the SCL so violating this spec wouldn't affect our device from a signal integrity sense.
