DS90UB953-Q1: connect to 960 can not work

         There's a problem with the clock crystal. It's supposed to be 50 mhz, but the output is only 155 khz. Replace it with 25 mhz, the output is still down to around 120MHz. The circuit of the clock is as follows, please confirm again. Integral circuit such as accessories. What is the internal set of TI953 will reduce the frequency?

    it looks like you are having a 22pF capacitor on the CLKOUT path! This capacitor has only a 144ohm impedance to GND. Please remove the capacitor and measure your CLKOUT.
