    Hello,

    Looking at the PowerPoint slides and the previous post, it seems the issue is an overstress event, especially if it's happening to all devices. The damage occurs with the receiver's input and driver's output pins which is linked to the 4 pin Molex connector. Please ensure the correct TVS protection diodes are used to avoid going over the devices absolute maximum ratings.
