Good Day. The customer would like to use a TPD1E10B09 ESD protection device with high frequency without disturbing the circuit.
The TPD1E10B09 has very interesting specifications. The specification mentions that data rates of up to 500Mbps can be supported without issue.
My question is if he uses these parts on RF input circuits that could go up to 30 GHz should he have any concerns.
Has TI tested with a Network Analyzer VSWR and Insertion Loss over swept frequencies for these parts?
His circuits will use this part in the shunting configuration for 'overshoot/undershoot' protection.
He's impressed by the specification (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, 330 Ω and 150 pF) achieving +/-20kV.
