TCAN1462V-Q1: Power up/down sequence between Vcc and Vio

Hi expert,

Regarding TCAN1462V-Q1

Does TCAN1462V have any limitation for power up/down sequence between Vcc and Vio?

For example, If customer supply power to Vio only, does Vcc pin have any leakage voltage? 　(also, how about customer supply power to Vcc only?)

Also,  Will the power up behavior be same both case of Vcc supplied firster than Vio and case of Vio supplied firster than Vcc?

One more question, the internal pull up of TXD, RXD and STB pins are Vio only, is it correct?

    Mukuno-san,

    There is no sequencing order for VIO and VCC on the TCAN1462V-Q1. Both power supply pins have an under voltage threshold, and as long as these are both met, in any order, the device will function correctly.
