My customer wants to know the difference between DP83867IRPAPR & DP83867IRRGZR.

I know that the main difference is the package, pin count and the available MAC.

DP83867IRRGZ RGMII

DP83867IRPAP MII/GMII/RGMII

Is there any other difference between these 2? (Like the register adress)

Yes, the main difference is the package, pin count and the available MII interfaces. There is not difference in the register addresses.
