Our customer is looking for the Recommended Operating Junction Temperature (Tj) of the DS100BR210SQ/NOPB. According to our customer,
In particular, I’m looking for:
- the Recommended Operating Junction Temperature (Tj) at which full functionality is assured:
- the datasheet only provides a Recommended Operating Ambient Temperature of 85°C (section 7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions)
- the datasheet does provide an Absolute Maximum Tj of 125°C, but that’s a damage limit, not a limit up to which functionality is assured (section 7.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings)
