DP83869HM: LAN does not link up

Dear, support Team.

I ask the question because the LAN does not link up with the DP83869EVM.

I want to use it as a 1000M media converter.
・The pin setting of DP83869EVM is as follows described in snla318.pdf,
　Execute "Write 0x1FFC to register 0x01EC"
　ANEG_DIS: 0
　ANEGSEL_0: 1
　ANEGSEL_1: 1
　OPMODE_0: OPEN
OPMODE_1: OPEN
　OPMODE_2: 2.49kΩ pull-up
・No ping
・Looking at the display of the commercially available media converter, the SFP of the DP83869EDM is linked, but the LAN between the DP83869EVM and PC2 is not linked.
・I want to use it as a 1000M media converter.

・Checking the operation by connecting as follows
PC1 ― Commercial media converter ― DP83869EVM ― PC2

Please let me know if you have any idea.

Yuyama-san,

While you are trying the content of the link, could you try the following:

- Please write Reg 0xD4[15] = '1', and software restart the PHY (Reg 0x1F = 0x4000) and see if this helps

I discussed with the team and this has worked in previous cases regarding the DP83869EVM and other parts.
