TUSB1310A: Transceiver quality with legacy Intel chipset

Part Number: TUSB1310A

Hi experts,

When I connected our USB device with TUSB1310A to some of the hosts with legacy Intel chipsets, C612 and C620, BER were not good at exp -8 to -10. However it was fine with recent chipsets. And other USB devices, such as USB-SSD etc., worked fine even with such legacy chipsets. Have anyone come across such a issue? I have not clarified if it is caused by TUSB1310A performance or board design. Of course, I checked a design guideline.

Regards,

Tetsu
