If so, there might be some issue around TUSB1310A, e.g. power-line, ground, layout and so on. on my board. Or any port setting of TUSB1310A. Signal line would be fine as far as checking board tracing.

I counted a number of errors during data transfer. I guess, the root cause would be jitter or noise, or both.

Does it affect the connection between GND-7pin and connector chassis? I tried both of short and open, the result was similar, though. Although the guide line describes connecting 1Mohm and grounding by two capacitors, it would be for EMI control.

I notice that the most of laptop PCs are fine. Desktop PC tends to bad. So it might be caused by grounding or isolation.
