I would like to utilize CEC feature of DS90UH949A-Q1. 

Could you share me the document which describes how to use CEC pin of DS90UH949A-Q1?

If SoC send command to DS90UH949A-Q1 internal register, does UH949 drive CEC pin to send data?

    Everything needs to be considered in design point of view is listed in the d/s. We have no other document or details about how to use CEC.

    However, you can find all the details you need in the HDMI Specification V1.4b document.
